In May, our KS2 children participated in the Victoria Park mile races. This was our most successful year with over 60 runners challenging themselves.

The team spirit displayed was phenomenal with runners cheering others on even after they had raced. It was a great atmosphere all around.

About 50 runners from all over took part in each race.

Ellie, Rey, Lucia and Maya's 3rd, 4th, 5th 15th positions secured the year 3 girls a first place victory for Larkfield.

Brian, Oliver, Marley and Eden's top 20 positions scored 3rd place overall for Y3 boys.

Lewis, Connor, Jenson and Arthur took 3rd place in the year 4 boys category.

Holly, Caleigh and Holly's 2nd, 3rd and 4th finishes together with Layla ensured another 1st place victory for the year 5 girls.

Noah, Hugo, George and Declan brought Larkfield in our third third place, this time for Y5 boys.

Holly, Paris, Evie and Lucy claimed 2nd place for year 6 girls.

Bobby, Finn, Oscar and Archie's top 20 finishes meant our final 1st place position.
